T-bar center console question

not sure if this is the right place to post this.....but one question has had me scratching my head since i got this car almost 10 years ago, which is what is the point of the spinners on the front of the t-bar center console. I'm talking about the ones that say like "celebration" or "birthday" "engine" "Maintenance" "chassis" and so on. was always curious of the reason for these since they dont spin on their own at all.

Re: T-bar center console question

I guess you would use it as a mile reminder or something.I never used mine either.

Re: T-bar center console question

I think it was just wishful thinking...I'd be surprised if anyone actually used them, much less depended on them as a "to do" list.

They had to fill the hole with something, and probably didn't have a lot of time or money to develop something useful before the deadline.

LOL. I use them.

The Service to remind me when I have to do an oil change and the Date/Time which I use to mark the date I last turned on the car since it's not a daily driver.

Glad I'm not the only one, I read this and was like "....well, I use them lol."

I use them to keep track when the oil needs to be changed (it's easier to look up at the console than to dig my records out of the trunk.)

I always thought it was pretty cool at least.
