Center Console Removal
After searching for a while, I do not believe that there is a thread specifically dedicated to the console removal. Im doing a 700r4 to t5 swap this weekend and I honestly have no idea how to even start the removal of it.

Re: Center Console Removal
I just removed the console out of o 92 z28 its pretty straight forward my son that doesn't do much work on cars took it apart the hardest part was positioning the e- brake handle high enough to get the console top off. the trick is lift the top part of the console up and on the e-brake handle there is a small lever on it push it down and pull handle all the way back then you can take top off carefully hope this helps

Re: Center Console Removal
You will have to pull back the bottom liner in the glove box. The rest should be obvious once you remove the shifter plate etc.
The shifter **** will have a C-clip inside after you remove the button.
Keep track where all of the outer screws go some are different lengths.

Re: Center Console Removal
most are the torx on the top of the shift plate around the radio bezel and 2 10mm bolts in center glove box then I think there are 6 10mm holding the bottom down and 2 Phillips head screws at the front part way under dash
