Installing head rests

Transmission: T56, 700r4, 700r4, 4l460
Installing head rests

I bought a set of seats that we just redone. I am trying to put the head rests back into the seats. I read that for removing them you would slide a harksaw blade or a thin piece of metal to release the clip but what about re installing them. THanks
