I think I realize why just the panels themselves are not popular when you can get complete door panels at a reasonable price. Initially I was looking for plastic or something waterproof but Ill just go with the OER ones.

I have yet to cross this bridge but there should be a service similar to send-cut-send that can reproduce this out of better material like ABS.
