That looks like a custom Ratchet shifter. Has B&M plate but wrapped with a leather boot & custom handle wrapped in leather

Yep B&M ratchet shifter modified with a different shift **** and a leather boot instead of the rubber one they come with. Heres my B&M modified with a custom shift ****...

actually the **** looks like it came off a C4 ZF 6 / S6-40 trans, the shift pattern indicator just pops out of those, paint it black and done.
