Go to a hardware store or locksmith.

If you have a VATS key you might not be able to go to just any hardware store. You probably have to shop around a bit.

You can measure the key resistance yourself (internet search for a DIY) and buy blanks on your own then have them cut.

IMO, your best bet would be a locksmith.

If you're wondering about the little "security chip"; I took mine to a Chevy dealership and they had the machine to remove it then put it back on when they were done.

The auto parts stores, hardware stores and walmarts may have the key blanks but like said you will have to measure the resistance of your key and find a key that matches the resistance. This could mean measuring lots of keys. Best bet is going to be a Chevrolet dealership. As far as the exterior key goes any place that cuts keys will work fine.

Nail on the head. I'm trying to get replacement keys that look like my original ones, and this answered my question.

Thank you!
