My 92 Heritage has Bright Red interior. I have seen this same red in 85 models. Big companies like Ricks, PUI etc sell Carmine Red which is several shades darker. Where can I find Foam Backed Bright Red headliner material? My eyes are crossing trying to search the internet. My latest purchase that I am returning was labeled as "Corvette Red" which looks Pink-ish beside my Red interior (See pic)
Any help would be greatly appreciated !!!!!

 

Go to an upholstery shop.
They have sample books.

 

Ask Classic to send samples.

@jmd---My upholstery guy wants foam backed material. I am not an expert by any means, I am just trying to find what he said to purchase.
@mantaguy--Classic, PUI, Ricks etc all have a darker Red.
@articwhiteZ--Yep, it's beautiful! But they don't make it reproduction with foam backing.

I will call him today and ask if there is an "Option B" for this material. I can find Bright Red Headliner in other locations, but not with a backing.

 

I was in the same boat as you a little over a year ago! Let me save you some time, nobody has that shade of red! You must get it custom dyed. The place that did it for me is called SMS fabrics, but let me warn you, it takes a long time for them to do it! It took about 10 months for them to do mine, and that's even after calling and emailing them every few weeks. They quoted me 3-4 weeks, by the way! Also, the customer service sucks, and the owner is very arrogant!

I must admit that when I got the fabric back, it was a perfect match!
