Just wanted to share that if you're looking to replace the door lock spring on the door latch you can use one from a Land Rover.

After soaking my door latch in rust remover for a few days the old springs just disintegrated. two of the 3 springs were available at the hardware store but lock spring is special and could not be located anywhere I looked. These from eBay worked perfectly. A new latch was ~$100 so $5 in springs saved me a bit of cash.
