Seats from another car?
I'm still debating on keeping my 82 and actually finishing it... or even starting to really work on it. That said (and don't laugh) I have a 99 Chevy Tracker parts car that I use for my 03 Tracker. The seats in it are good. Is it possible to use those seats in my 82 TA? Would I need any modifications or would they bolt up? Please keep in mind that I am female and only moderately mechanically inclined.

I think theseats could be made to fit in your Trans am. If the 4 bolt holes on the Tracker dont line up to your Transam floor studs you could prob just attach the transams seat bracket to the tracker seat that way you would redrill on the tracker (underside) seats instead of the cars floor pan.
