I want to put the dome light back up
there is 1 tinyyyyyy circle washer thing that goes on a tiny metal post that holds the light on
where do I get that tiny clip what size is it

You'll either have to measure it and buy another retaining washer, or get someone who is parting out a car to get it off for you carefully

You'll find an assortment of push nuts in the HELP! section of most autoparts stores. Conveniently the assortment contains two 1/8" pushnuts which is exactly what you need, along with several others you'll never use to populate your junk box.
