So after doing the Holley Sniper upgrade I figured it would be nice to have the Holley dash to match and be able to display everything from the Holley Sniper on a bigger screen. The normal 7 inch dash doesn't fit so I had to go with the 6.86 which actually looks even better IMO. I wanted to do a nice clean install so it would look as 'factory' as possible. What I did was order a few blank sheets of ABS plastic, and cut it out to match the factory gauge cluster. I then mounted the Holley Dash onto that to make it as clean as possible. I still have some tweaking to do but this is how things are going so far.
That's one of my delimmas with the Formula. I don't know what to put in the space off to the side where the dash won't be. I am thinking of putting a screen over there, but I don't know what. I wish the 12" dash would work, but it is too tall

Oh absolutely. The 12 inch would've been my preference to fill it out a bit better but we're so limited height wise between the steering column and underside of the dash.
That looks pretty good! I looked at something like that too. Like you said, bigger one didn't fit. ...ultimately decided to keep the OE gauges and run the 3.5 LCD for the Holley controls/etc.
