Trouble removing gauge cluster

I can't seem to get the bezel off. The left side is entirely undone however when I tug on it something is till bolted in on the right side of the bezel, does anyone have a diagram or anything?

Your gonna hate what I'm about to tell you, But,,,,,,,

There is one PIA bolt behind the passenger's side plastics that must be removed before the gauge bezel can be removed. You see where your defroster controls are? To the right of that just under the passenger's side plastic piece that buts up against the bezel is where the hidden bolt is and the only way to get your bezel out is to remove the passenger's side plastic that is overlapping where the bolt is.

PS, please excuse my pedestrian photoshop skills (or more accurately my lack thereof), the red blob in this picture shows where the hidden bolt lives under the passenger's side plastic dash piece.....

If you had X ray vision and could be looking at the naked frame of your dash, the hidden bolt will be at the red arrow

Ok well at least now I know that I'm not just going crazy. I also realize that if I just googled a bezel that tab would be visible. Regardless, thanks for the help, I'll probably finish up taking my old one out tomorrow.

Re: Trouble removing gauge cluster

I've seen soooo many cluster bezels without that mounting tab because the previous owner didn't know it was there and broke it off when removing the bezel !!
