I have a 1992 Camaro Z28 with an power-pull down trunk and everywhere I look (On here and in the owners manual) it states that the trunk courtesy light is a 168 bulb that that is not what I see. It's a very similar bulb to the dome 211-2 with two caps on both ends of a glass cylinder however has 2 metal wire loops..

Even tho online it shows those as well, everywhere I see still says it's a 168 (wedge) bulb. Completely confused.. What is the actual bulb number?

 

It's a 561. No clue why 90-up show the 168, but every thirdgen I've ever seen has the same trunk light assembly, and 82-89 list the 561.
