Door skin window seal

So you know the top of door skin where there's a big, black plastic piece and with it is a piece of weather stripping. Yea is there a place that sells replacements of those. The ones on my car have become bent far out of shape and I don't want to buy all new door skins but I can't find in my minimal research a place that sells them. Also how do they attach because the ones on mine look to have a pin that goes no where and doesn't seem to come out

can I ask, how did you get the new ones on? Did you use a glue or something like that. I see these little pins but they aren't holding it on the door skin so that i won't work unless I get that replaced too

Yes sir you can ask. I went through the same dilemma so I used brass barrel nuts with the barrel 3/16”. I drilled new holes. Now if I were you perhaps shoot some black paint on the screws.
