Am I crazy or not crazy?
This side view shows my seat back in the "full upright" position.
Is it/are they? Seems to me it should come up at least another "notch."
While I am not qualified to address your mental state, I can advise that my 1991 Trans Am convertible seats were as your seats appear and for that reason, I believe them to be fine.
The attached picture is a different angle, but you'll see that the angles seem to match.
So the seat angle doesn't make you crazy, however your choice of shoes might, that'll be on you.

One of the levers on the lower front left or right will tilt the front of the seat up or down. With that, the seat back will lean forward and rearward too.
