as my doors are all manual i got these door electical boots used off ebay to run the wires through used parts dealer
this won't be for everyone, and i will update pictures when finished. wanted to do this after riding in a 2014 2le camaro
parts used: https://www.ebay.com/itm/275352539956?var=575691404484
I used 18 volt Ryobi hot glue gun (i would suggest using a smaller glue gun with smaller tip for more precise glue bead)
and an air compressor with blow tip for rapid setting of glue.
the l.e.d strip comes with a flap on it for tucking into crevasses, along the top door plastic it is tucked, at the latch side of door it wraps around edge of panel and runs down (inset about a 1/4 inch from edge, cant be seen from inside, but with door open could be seen from approaching angle as a vertical door open light) too lower trim strip or carpet to door fabric seam. then poke through from rear with a drilled hole (cut off tucking tab from l.e.d. strip here on out) then just glue l.e.d strip in place.
drivers door passenger door center console, already tied into shift selector light bulb harness, can't show it lit up until engine is back in (center console cover plates require removal of the lower outer edge plastic so l.e.d. can fit)
