1987 Deluxe door panels replacement came in today. Not happy, any other choices?
Hey everyone. Getting the last few details done on my Iroc for the Carlisle show this weekend and got my replacement door panels in today. I was super disappointed when I opened them. i did confirm this is the closest offering they have for the 1987 Deluxe interior.
There HAS to be a better option. Any ideas are appreciated(We are repairing these to get us through the show as they still look good, just no indention's.)

That is my thinking as well. With these being $400, that goes a long ways towards something repaired locally. I want them as close to stock as possible!

See my car and what was sent below.
Thank you
I had a local upholstery guy do mine, just got them back. Cost me $700 not including the materials i supplied.

If the door card is still in good shape, the upholstery can be removed and reglued. Based on the photos, the fabric appears damaged, so I would suggest locating fabric that's close and reuse the original door card. The '87s glue just breaks down, so if all is still in good shape, just pull it back, reapply glue to both surfaces and work the fabric back into the details.
