Details are in thread above. I did get a $5 refund, but this is still $10 more than actual costs (which is what he said he would charge). The main issue though is the fact the setup was NOT complete as advertised, as it was missing the hard to find flex ducts. He claimed he will take care of it to save face in the thread, but has not followed through over a month later. He has once again ignored my emails and PM's politely inquring about the status of the ducts, forcing me to give up and leave negative feedback.
Stay away - very poor seller.
