what fitting do i need to convert the 4th gen plastic tank line to my stock hard line? it uses the quick connect lines or w.e?

Bump...i want to run the fuel line to fuel filter and then into a T-fitting and one line going back to the tank and the other going to the rail? what are the parts im going to need?
