Cooling hose layout

I used another tread on here to get all my hoses hooked up today. The only problem I ran into is that the upper radiator hose(tread said to use a 95 Z28 hose) will not work on my engine since it's a Vette and the branch off tube that goes to the back of the heads hits the A/C compressor. I have a hose for the 87 T/A but it doesn't have this branch off hose. What do I need to do with the t/b? Do I just cap them off along with the one on the back of the head on the passenger's side?

I ran my hose like that for a while. I cut some off the radiator to make it a tighter fit. Then I put a zip tie around the two hoses to hold them together. It cleared my p/s pulley by about an inch. I recently switched to a 94 hose and did away with the extra hose to the throttle body. My steam vent now tees into my heater return at the radiator.
