LS1 return fuel line vs non return

IU need help fast! I bought a fuel line with return and have a returnless one. Which one should I use in my 87 Trans am? I have to sell one right away as it goes with a ls1 intake. Which one should I keep? I also have the fuel pressure regulator from areomotive and have seen pics of that setup with a returnless line.

I wish i could help you on that one. I have a returnless line on my intake. I ended up using the corvette filter bolted in the stock filter location. It has a built in regulator with one feed line going to the engine but has the return line from the filter to the tank. Made it really easy to hook everything up.
