lt1 knock sensors

Does anyone know if its possible to splice the two knock sensor leads out of my 94 caprice pcm into the one knock sensor on my 94 camaro motor .I'm trying to get the motor to run well without replacing the caprice knock module in the pcm.

It might work to splice but I really don't know. Why not just replace the other coolant drain plug with a knock sensor? Then you would have the two knock sensors the caprice pcm is looking for.
