I'm trying to take stuff apart one at a time and then start the car to make sure it still runs before the final disconnect. That way I can tell better what's important and label each piece

The wiring on the passenger side looks like it runs down to control the lights but obviously it does more then that as the car won't start with the 4 weatherpacks disconnected.
So here I labeled them 1-4. Can you tell me what goes to what?
Also whats the box the vacum hose runs to under the battery/radiator on the passenger side?
