L98 to LT1 Questions?

I searched, but I'm getting conflicting answers and I'm no do-it-yourselfer, so I need some help.

Basic details:

88 IROC, was a 305 car. Swapped in an Aluminum head L98 out of a 91 Vette. Car is SD, so rewired the L98 to SD from MAF. Still has the 305 ECM, but I have the one that came with the L98.

3 Years later, motor (block) is done. I have a line on an Aluminum head LT1 out of a 95 Vette. But I don't get the intake, FI system, wiring or ECM.

Can I use the intake and FI system from the L98? Better yet, can I use them without modifying? I'm doubting its just bolt on...
(Optispark, reverse flow heads, etc...) - so my L98 stuff won't work then will it?

What am I looking at here, trouble and dollarwise? (what is my mechanic going to have to do?) He wants to know before he undertakes the job...

You guys are going to tell me to get the LT1 intake and injection and harness etc..., I know...
I'm hoping not to...I'd prefer to use what I have over having to buy additional.

If anyone can give me any hints/tips/suggestions, it would be hugely appreciated.

Okay, thanks guys.

EDIT: Alternatively, could I just use my existing heads and then there wouldn't be any worry about intake or anything else? Or am I still wrong because the accesories are located differently and the wiring is still off?

Major modifications required to get any of that to work with LT1 block/heads.

You already know the answer - if you want to use LT1 block/heads, do it as an LT1.
