I have a very great deal on the Polished SSW LSx swap headers with 3" collectors.

I also placed an order for a whole bunch of other stuff so it made it more worth while for him to do another GP down the road.

I told him to call me Wednesday an hour before he closes to let me know if I need to buy 2 sets or if the GP was met.

I talked to hawks and they said they can ship it close to an address near the border for 40 bucks and you can go pick it up, thats if you are close enough.

I think the $699 sale will be going on for some more time. I am sure if u can get another group of 5 he will do the same.

There were guys on my list that had to drop of due to funds. Maybe in a couple months things will look better and u guys can get a GP going.

no air tubes, but i did order them with bolts and gaskets.

 

I got the bolts and gaskets as well.
I also bought a bunch of other stuff that he said he would be able to put in the box with the headers and the shipping would be the same. Now would be a good time to get some parts.

I'm 90% sure I will be ordering. I have worked out a deal on a trade for an LS1 it is supposed to ship out next week. Can you put down tentatively for the headers? I might want a Y pipe too.

I guess that 5th person is me and Shinobi is the 6th. Heck of a deal on those headers, i ordered with gaskets and bolts. With shipping that came out to be cheaper than the cost of the 2.5" collector....without the shipping. Guys i wouldnt let you down, especially when i tried so hard at the beginning to get a GP from Hawks with Screemin...let's work on another with Hawks or Spohn for the rest everyone wants. Steve from Hawks told me that since Spohn offers so many variety of colors, material, etc. that they can offer GP on items they have in stock. Let's get serious with this and have a list going.

 

Oh dude you are going to kill me I was trying to space this stuff out so my wife wound not notice all of the charges...now you are going to make me spend more to spend less and all as it looks like is me spending money. lol

I think its a very good deal. and good many more could get on it.

For a sec there I thought we wouldnt make the 5 guys. looks like we got 7.

Now the waiting game begins. I hope I get mine saturday. I will most likley be a dad Monday night. No cars stuff for a while after that.

Screemin, you did good, but Steven from Hawks deserve all the credit and earned the first spot on my future purchase considerations. After all, he could have said no. Times are tough, but we cant hold in our passions or desires to buy and Steven made this happen for us 7 or 8 buyers this time. For this i wish that everyone on this board would consider purchasing more from retailers or manufacturers who do these types of discounts for us, because we need it. Also it just make good business sense, if you can sell one at retail or 5 at a discount (and still make more profit), why not? Plus earn all the business for future sales, whether at discount or not. With that being said, let's everyone that wanted Spohn products get together and clear out Hawks' inventory of Spohn parts. Im ready for the front coil over kit.

 

It's hard to hide my TT Z06 from her...so she knows what I have in mind when I start ordering parts. I can't wait to suff an LS6 with H&C into my 91' Bird...I just got to decide what size stall to use because I am used to my 6 speed and the stock stall in my 2000 Camaro.

 

HI guys, I picked up my headers today, and they look great. But when I got home and took a closer look I noticed the tubes looked a little small. So I got out my dial calipers and guess what, 1 5/8''. I was a little disapointed. Hawks ad says 1 3/4'' primary, 3'' collector. It was too late to call back when I discovered this. I am going to call monday morning snd see whats up. Just wanted to give you guys a heads up, so you can check yours when they arrive. I think the 1 5/8'' would be ok for a stock engine, but I plan on mods. Oh by the way Hawk's dosen't even have a 1 5/8'' LS swap header listed. Later, Dean.
