Transmission: th 350

Axle/Gears: stock

lt1 will not run help

i have a 94 camaro with a lt1 it will run for 5 secs and will shut off plz help
here is a list of new parts
fuel fliter
plug and wires
ignition coil
igniton module
new ecm
new msd optispark dis
new o2 sensor
here is codes
45 rich exhaust
44 lean
43 esc module
42 est
55 defective ecm
54 fuel pump relay
53 system voltage high
51 ecm prom error

Sounds like it was wired wrong, bad PCM and/or something bad in the fuel system

Actually, it sounds like the VATS isn't programmed out of it
