Ok my car was orginally wired by Hawks. When i first put the new motor in the fans would not come on so I hooked them up to a switch. How do i wire it all back up? i hate wiring BTW...

Find the Fan-1 and Fan-2 control pins on your PCM pinout, and connect each to the ground side of each fan relay.
Or just take it back to Hawks.

+1 to take it back to Hawks
If you must fix it yourself, use this

C100 G8 is for 90-92 cars. Your 87 has the fan relay fuse at C221 pin D assuming Hawks didnt move it elsewhere. For manual override Id still leave the PCM control but tee into those wires to a two pole toggle switch to ground. IGN on, switch off fans operate automatically under PCM control. IGN on, switch on, fans run continuously until IGN is turned off

The car was wired by hawks... 6 years ago, lol. Thanks for the help. I'll let you know how it goes.

What on/off temp configuration does your PCM have? If it's the stock calibration, it may be hotter than you want.
