LT1 wiring help
First let me expalin what I'm working with...
Putting a '97 LT1 into my '91 z28, using the '97 harness however I am using an OBD1 pcm.
I'm wanting to wire this car as if I was using an OBD1 harness in the first place, for tuning reasons and so I can use the ALDL connector thats already in the car.
So the issue I am running into is figuring out what wires go into the c100...all the pinouts I can find are for 94-95 and earlier harness's and they are different than my OBD2 harness in this area. Anyone know where I can find the info that I need?
Thanks

Re: LT1 wiring help
IIRC, the aldl wiring on the 3rd gens is in the C207 harness on the passenger side, not the C100 on the driver side. have you checked out http://lt1swap.com/wiringharness.htm ?

Re: LT1 wiring help
That could be true, I haven't got that far so I'm not sure yet. However, the only pinout lt1swap.com has is for a '94. They don't have the pinouts for my 96-97 harness OBD2 harness, so I'm still looking. The problem that I'm running into is that my OBD2 harness has a c100 & c105 plugs where as the earlier OBD1 harness' have only the c100. This is why I need the pinout for the later model harness, because I can't tell what is what without it.

Wait a minute....it looks like the '95 LT1s had both connectors also, so I think I could use a pinout from a '95 as well as '96-97...hmmm...I'll go look on shbox.com and see if he has the one for a '95
