LT1 AC Wiring Help

So I have looked through a good deal of other threads about wiring up the AC in my dads LT1 swap. What all needs to be hooked up to make it work? I saw conflicting posts in other threads about using the fourth gen pressure switches and bypasing some of the or even using resistors to make it work. I am sure Pocket is going to chime in on this and I have already looked at page 6E3-A-8 in the book and and just not sure about what all needs hooked up and my general confusion about the various posts made on the subject is not helping. Could someone post exactly what needs hooked up and what does not? I am using an Painless harness that I bought way back in 2002 and was used on my car since then. I have already pinned the harness for all 4th gen outputs, but what on the 3rd gen part needs hooked up to make it fully functional?
