Radiator hose
Lt1 swap but I used the 3rd gen radiator. Has electric waterpump but still runs hot. I have a pic how the hoses are routed. I would like to know if I have the routing correct?

this is the upper hose i used. it takes the steam hose that you hooked to the overflow tank nipple and hooks it into the upper hose so you can connect the cool and over flow tank to where it is supposed to go.

For some odd reason when I hook up the jegs ewp the way they tell you too it over heats. I have the blue wire going to the positive and the black to a negative just like they ask. And I do not have the overflow hooked up yet

Re: Radiator hose
I don't know if you have figured this problem out yet, but looking at the pic you posted, I notice that your steam pipe appears to be running straight to the passenger side of your radiator. In an LT1 setup, that is the cool side of the radiator. So in effect, you are pumping the hot water/steam to the cool side of the system. That may be causing a problem. The steam pipe(hard line from the back of the heads) should connect to the upper pipe. The correct hose has a 'Y" in it.
