SES light on after 5 sec along with both fans

Hi guys,
I have a problem with LT1 engine swap (from 1993 Camaro into 1988 GTA). Problem is when I start the engine, after 5 seconds SES light is on along with both fans. When I try to check codes (with engine off), there is only code 12 that shows everything is OK

Is there a chance to check codes while engine is on, because only then I have SES light on?

I think that problem is because I don't have A/C at all, so maybe PCM think that A/C pressure is too high and turn both fans on, that's just my opinion

So, how can I found what trigger SES light and fans?

hopefully you know how to use a multimeter, if so check these wires at the PCM connectors these should all have either open or high resistance, D24 Evaporator temp, D12 AC Pressure Sensor, C25 Engine Collant Temp Sensor, . then check these system grounds for a 0 resistance to ground A2, C32, A18, D1. LET US KNOW
