Questions on 4l60e and brackets
Finally got a nice day to get some work done on my car. Most of last year I didnt drive it because I didnt have park. The problem being that (I assume) is my setup. I'm using the 700r4 bracket and the stock cable. The arm is the 4l60 one that came with the trans. I elongated the hole a bit and it seemed to work well. After about 2 times of putting it in park I woulnt be able to do so anymore and the cable would just fall off.
Present day:
I finally tracked down a 700r4 shifter arm. But it does not fit due to my Racing innovations longtubes. Even with taking some material off the arm to clear the headers it wont go into park due to hitting the o2 sensor.
Problem one I noticed that my cable no longer wants to stay on the stud. Problem two is my setup?
Just curious as to what everyone is using and if anyone is using a different cable that you can adjust?
This is basically the only reason i cant drive this thing right now

I'm using a B&M shifter, cable, bracket, and arm.
