Car: 1991 pontiac trans am Gta
Engine: Lb9 5.0 soon to be L98 5.7
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: 3.27
91 GTA 5.3 ms3 carb swap need help
hi i am swapping my 5.3 with a ms3 cam and carbed i am running a 700r4 i was wondering if i leave my factory 305 ecm in the car will i still have the torque converter lockup? and my factory speedo?

TCC lockup? No. It needs TPS, vacuum, and RPM data.
Speedo? Yes. It doesn't go through the ECM.
