Holley trans crossmeber and aftermarket torque arm

Is anybody running this setup? I just tried to put a founders torque arm on my Holley LS swap trans crossmeber and the torque arm is hitting the body no matter what adjustment hole I use on the torque arm bushing.

Help!

Re: Holley trans crossmeber and aftermarket torque arm

some research shows this problem with many aftermarket torque arms. most solutions seem to be to get the BFH out to make a little more room for clearance. I will probably go this route and see how it works.

i made some spacers to mount to the holley torque arm mounting area and spaced the torque arm more towards the interior... if you look for the LS3 swap i did with my son on his 87 formula i have some pics posted on this
