Ac line routing ideas?

Trying to get some ideas on how I want to route my ac lines. I'm limited on space with the TT setup.
Im using a 4th gen compressor and condenser.

Re: Ac line routing ideas?

typically the factory hard line runs along the top of the frame rail depending on the spacing of the header pipes this is still an option.

You could make custom lines, so that you have hard lines inside the finder, so turn them out 90 degrees from the evaporator to the fender and then go to soft lines for a few inches, then back to hard lines turning 90 degrees inside the finder up to where you air cleaner is on the passgner side. going hard line to the condenser and to soft line to loop to the compressor. OR you could keep the hard line in the factory spot and do the other line through the fender.

I agree with this route. Making a hard right out of the dryer and through the fender and out where the battery used to be. Custom lines can run anywhere. The factory hard line looks like it will fit under everything.
