Well I bought this car about a month ago, Bought it for $2,000. I Have re painted the passenger front and rear fenders. Cleaned it ALOT, put a flowmaster 80 series on it and some other stuff.

Car info: 1986 Iroc-z W/ 305 TPI, 700r trans. Prity much stock but the Flowmaster and 3" pipe. I going to cut off the cat and weld in a straight pipe, Soon plan on a lsx swap.

Also has 70,000 Original Miles.

That's a damn nice Camaro. I would have paid $2k for that as soon as I laid eyes on it. Looks to be in very good condition too.. especially with under 100k miles. Good luck with her!

yeah I cant find any other good deals. I was looking for a LONG time, but this one just came up and smacked me in the face. Was siting up at the corner Party store, and i was like IROC FOR SALE!!!. Price said 2,500. good deal, but i told him 1,800 and he took 2k.

I think I found another one though in my friends neighborhood. its a Black on black 87 Iroc-z, 5 speed Manuel, 305 TPI, and has GOLD Ws6 Rims on it. its been siting there for well over 10 years. I thinking about making a offer, like $500 lol.

Do it! lol. If it turns out to be too much trouble for you, well, I'll be more than happy to take it off your hands.

Sure thing, I'll pay you COD (Cash on Delivery). You pay shipping.
Seriously though, go for it. I mean $500 for a car is awesome, even if it does take some work to get it running.

Long term project. Something to do with your friends I guess. Hell, I'd do it. You can probably part that thing out for more than $500 lol. Win win situation, but I'd go for restoring it.

I'd offer him 200-300 bucks just to take it off his back.. If they say no.. Then go for 400-500$ . Thats what i would want to do but i dont have any space to have a second car to have as a big project.
