I got a 1984 Camaro that has a custom "candy" blue paint job with two silver stripes from the front to the back, and I have recently rebuilt a motor from an 86 chevy truck, with a performance rebuild kit. the new motor currently has no milage on it, and all the interior is original. Although the window seals are cracked and worn, but I plan to fix them, and on the driver side door the floor seal is missing so the carpet edge can be seen, and the odometer and all the gauges look like they are from europe or something, it has miles and killometers but on opposite sides not like in cars today, and the fuel gauge is the same but with liters. it has a "racing" RPM gauge off to the side on the dash cause it didnt come with one. It also has custom sterio system, and duel exhausts. BUT NO FREAKIN A/C!!!!!! GRRR!!!!
I cant find any web site that can just tell me a ball park figure, can some one help??!?!?!!?!??!??!??!??!?

they never made a third gen ss so if its an 84 its either z28 sport coupe or berlinetta each model has tell tale signs but they can be easily faked among each other

 

OH and i was wandering if I put on a Hood scoop, if that would do the same thing as supercharger? I kno it woldnt do as well as on but if it would put more air in my carb..........I took off the air filter too and it seems to act better than it did......

 

ummmmmmmmmm nah dude and you shouldnt drive your car with no air filter

 

superchargers force air at a much higher rate than just adding a hood to your car...not to mention the cost is way greater...

most hoods are more for looks than function. if your just trying to add more air into your carb, get a better air filter setup that flows more air.
