I just bought this car yesterday, Everything is original minus gay light that surround the car. Body has 168K milies on it but engine was rebuilt at 80K. I have plans to make this a streetable 420HP fuel injected beast, may go 383 or keep it a 350. Not sure yet. Will be turning the interior to black. Dillemma is to keep it stock or not being as the stock is in good shape. What you think?

The good:
Stock and strong 350TPI
All seats in great shape (drives and small rip, hence cover)
Rear hatch motor works
Aftermarket exhaust
Frame is solid
All lights work

The Not So Good:
Windshield molding is rotting and leaks
Hard to start (turn over but won't kick for maybe 5-10 sec]
Heater Valve leaks
Pass side fender dinged in a bit
Annoying siren when the key is in [not sure if its suppose to sound like that]
Hatch weather stripping is bad and leaks [just need to put in the molding I have]
Rear right brakes squeak


I paid $2600 for her, good deal or bad deal?

 

good deal, i paid that much for my 85 Sport Coupe. which wasn't perfect either. except i dont have any leaks, but i guess thats the trade off for not having a TPI 350

I Piad 2000 for my 86 iroc, With 70,000 Original miles, and in beter shap i guess. But you have a 350.. and I did get a realllyyy good deal so Yeah good deal for you too.
