Yep, still a T5 powered car(needs rebuilding), and it is T tops instead of my killer(the other one).

Dont like T tops but she is growing on me already, first third gen that i ever bought that didnt have torn driver seat!!!

Interior carpet SUCKS, but everything else is ok cloth wise.

The T-Top cars rock,it's a great car to restore. If you end up needing a carpet,we're an ACC dealer.

 

Looks like a great project! I like t-tops more than hardtops. But you are you and that's a good thing. Stick with it! Can't wait to see what you do with it.

 

Glad you guys like it, i am just glad to have 2 89 RS cars ow, i wanted a 85 IROC 5 speed but there justw asnt one, i found a 86 IROC but it was a POS, i wanted something emissions exempt, this will be fine though, i might do a cheap single stage for temporary just to get down the road and look decent, probably jacking the convo pros off the hard top, but i also have a friend that will sell me a set of 91/92 16s that i like, just need to get the 86 TA fixed first.
