Re: Post picture of clean Camaros
I have had this car for 10 years. It was a rebuilt wreck out of Nashville TN. I picked it up from a friend and its really my daily driver. Since it's lowered it's hard to keep paint on the the front spoiler. This is what it looks like right now.

Someone asked for more red with the door decals. Here's my 86. It's candy apple red with silver door decals and black and silver along the bottom. I think they look good.

What wheels are those? They look really good, kinda look like Fikse FM5's.
Re: Post picture of clean Camaros
Any particular reason your car only has the rear mudflaps, Scott?
I know mine had them on all fours when I bought it.
Beautiful regardless. Quite uncommon to see leather.

Re: Post picture of clean Camaros
I only have the mudflaps on the rear because the rear wheels are the only ones that could spin while the front stay put!
The contour of the rear 1/4 is more extreme than the door and will get more stone chips. I don't have any marks on the doors or fender, but I do have a few from the original owner on the rear quarter.

The wheels are American Racing Torq Lite polished wheels with 245/45R-17's all around. 17x7 wheels were as wide as I could get unfortunately. Price was good at $148 each though.

Re: Post picture of clean Camaros

I still have a set of LS2 covers that say Corvette and 6.0L on them, I haven't trimmed down the passenger side yet, I need to since the LS2 didn't have a cable driven throttle body.

Re: Post picture of clean Camaros
I dont know for sure, but I have heard that the ls2 covers will not fit with the ls6 intake. I think you have to do alot more trimming, like for the humps on the intake. You probabally have looked into this though.

Re: Post picture of clean Camaros
I've mocked them up before and they'll fit with some persuasion. The tricky part is physically mounting them and keeping them on the motor since I'm using truck coils so the rubber cups that are supposed to attach to the coil brackets won't reach.
