golden rule is to preparation.Make sure all parts are free of grease, wipe down with thinners to make sure and scuff the surface.Use the right primer where needed especially for plastic. I just painted my t top black railings and they came up really good.also painted the rear underside plastic trim on the hatch with vinyl paint looks factory!.. So just make sure prep work is the key and no grease or oil.Good luck.
agreed. make sure they are clean, then sand lightly so the stuff sticks. reclean to wash off the sanded off shavings. primer. let dry thoroughly. paint. let dry thoroughly. bam! there u go.
anything on how to do the antenna??

Rub it down with a 2000 grit paper, clean with thinners.Use a metal primer and use normal automotive paint .
no i mean like, should i hang it in the air and spray it so i can get all the sides evenly?

Ah sorry yep.Small piece of mig wire hook inside the thread internally or screw a bolt of similar thread loose inside it and hang.Make sure you do light coats to avoid runs though and spray evenly
what about my dual air snokle? same thing? use 2000 gritt paper, clean then paint?

Yeah same again clean all grease off. Rub bak with 2000 clean again . Use an etch primer so that it bites into the plastic. Light sand when dry and then top coat. Good idea as well to put a coat if clear in top when done
