Looking good so far! Did you use a chemical stripper on the paint? If so, could you give details like the brand, where you get it and how much it cost?

Ever get the lights installed? And those hoods look even better if you trim the side parts back a bit. And the guy who said blazer is gay. Dude , you are an idiot.

Used a razor blade to scrape most of the paint off. All it leaves is the factory primer. You can leave this as it is a very good baked on product. But I had enough little rust spotrs and paint chip it only made since to strip it completly. And we used 36 grit on a big air sander.

For now it is going to be tge stock LS1 out of the red car. I have a 6.0 iron block I am going to start building as soon as I can drive the car again. It will be turbo charged. Just not sure exactly what setup I am going to go with. But more than likely I will be twins.

Some red parts came in and some black parts too.
Started the tirdgen side of the harness
And finally got my turbo motor
And more sanding. -_-

That bottle of Jäger is crucial to successful builds.

I don't want a E36. To me this is a performance upgrade. That is why i am going to do it. I drive alot! I mean alot! And that includes night time driving. I like to see where i am going and what is on the road in front of me. Sealed beam headlights do not do that, and the H4 conversions are usually junk housings that blind other drivers. I want my headlights to perform as well as the rest of the car. There is nothing like a good set of HID projectors. And I don't know when the last time you tried to fit a quality projector in a 4x6" housing but it is near impossible. I have done it on my K5.
The retrofit source has them, and you might even find someone that works there that will do the retrofit for you. That's how I got mine.
