NEW PROJECT
First. not sure if this is the right place for this thread , but...
Second, I had started a thread about this a while back but couldn't find it again, so I'll start over.
I got this '86 V6 camaro from my uncle about a year and a half ago. He was cleaning out his garage to make room for other projects. The idea was that I would take it as a father/son project. My twin boys lost interest after one evening working on the car. That was over a year ago. Now that they are 16 they are realizing that this is their chance to have a car. So we spent Sunday doing some cleaning and some inventory. Seeing as how the car is in pieces and I have to figure out the puzzle. So I am hoping that this site will be a good place for info on the car.

These were close to 2 years ago, before they lost interest.

Re: NEW PROJECT
Good luck with the project. I also started a father-son build a few years ago, and it quickly turned into a father-only build. Hope you're more successful.

Re: NEW PROJECT
I do know the feeling. I took this car on just for the my boys and I to get together for them to drive it. We've had it almost 2 years and have only worked on it one other time. They lost interest after working on it once. And now that they are have their drivers permits they want the car done yesterday. And to be honest if they don't stay with it, I will most likely sell the car. I have to many other things going on and don't need this project.

Re: NEW PROJECT
Well, this week this project got the big axe. The boys don't have enough interest to sustain the build and I don't have enough time to devote to another project. Going to be listing it on Craigslist anybody need the T-tops??
