So my nephew just got his liecence and I figured what a better way to break in his new skills than in a 3rd Gen!!! He thought I was messing with him when I pulled up and told him to grab his stuff and he was to drive us into town... The kid was so excited!!!
It took only about 5 minutes to figure out how touchy the throttle was and how to "feather" it in stop-n-go traffic, but maneuvered my IROC like a pro shortly after. The entire time he had permanent-grin from ear to ear, but I'm not sure if it was the persona of the mighty Camaro, or the cute smiles of the group of girls on the corner of Main St downtown. Any way you look at he had a great experience and couldn't stop bragging about the fun time and the performance & handling of my ride. So with that said....Another Kid hooked on 3rd Gen's👍😎
That's great! That young man is all smiles! I can remember the excitement of driving my aunts Iroc at that age then shortly thereafter getting my Formula at 17yrs old.
The way I see it get a kid hooked on cars/trucks and they won't have money for drugs lol... He actually has an 86 IROC in his dad's garage that will be his when he graduates, but I figured why not get a jump start on his enthusiasm as his dad gets it ready for him.
