proud owner!!!

hey guys. im new here but i love my 92 bird. im the second owner and my parents were the first. they left it sit in the garage til 96 when i got it. it had a 305 tbi in it, but the block cracked when they only put water in the engine. so...... i put a 350 out of a 69 vette in it but used all the electonics on it including the my heads from the 305 (yes..it all worked). anyways, i do have a question though...

i would like to know if i should put a cam in it and would i have to change or reprogram the chip for that. or should i put a chip in it and leave the cam alone. i dont know what route to go. HELP ME! i am putting shorty headers on it that i have. already have flowmaster system on it. low on funds but do have a little. cam? chip? both? new valve springs? idk
