Are all 10-bolts 2-series carriers?

I have the code GU2 2.73 and G80 posi/lim. slip. Getting ready to order Richmond 7.5 10-bolt 2 series 3.73. Correct me if I'm wrong... 2.73=10-bolt, 2.77= 9-bolt? Thanks.

2.73=10-bolt, 2.77= 9-bolt?
That is correct.

And no, not all 10 bolts are series 2. It depends on the gear ratio. 3.0x and numerically lower are series 2, 3.2x and numerically higher are series 3 (up to 4.10).
