October/Halloween thirdgen gathering?

So there has been some interest in putting together one more thing for this season, so here's what I came up with.

We could have a gathering, where we would all meet up for a late lunch/early dinner then cruise out to one of the halloween haunted attractions. It would most likely be October 30th, which is two Saturdays from now.

Anyone interested? If so please post up so we can get this rolling soon, we don't have too much time left...

Roll Call!

We probably won't be able to do it...

We already have a Halloween party on the 30th from 5 to 8. Plus the little one is getting over an ear infection/fever and is on antibiotics so it might be too much for her.

However, two weeks may be a different story

And to think...the n00b put the spark in this fire.

Anyway, I would have to cancel and re-arrange some plans in the 757, but it would be worht it to meet some locals. And the 4 year old would LOVE to hit some haunted houses, so everyone has to bring their kids.

Sweet! Yeah, it would be kid/family friendly, I have a 4 year old daughter, and Steve86ta has a 6 yo daughter.

If this thing is going to family/kid friendly, I may be able to slip out with my girls 6 & 4, wife has her sister visiting that weekend though, so I don't want to make any promises.

I have 1 son, to go along with my 2 girls, however he's only 5 months old, so he doesn't get to ride in the Camaro yet.

And yes, my oldest daughter has already made statements that the camaro will be her's when she gets older.

were thinkin about a criuse out to hubers pumpkin farm . its in whitemarsh md. before you get to harford co. since it's a family friendly gathering we dont think going to a adult style haunted attraction would be appropriate we dont want people kids to be up for weeks havin nightmares. it's just an idea we are open to any suggestions from anyone, i have suggested this one bcuz theres alot there to do. there's corn mazes for adults and for kids, theres a haunted hayride but not too scary, you can pick out pumpkins and after dark they have some pirate ships biult they gin to simulate a battle and blow em up . to me this would sound like a really fun day for us... and we can all meet somewhere and cruise up together. i believe it would be enjoyable for everyone but please everyone let us know what you want to do. were all in this together . let's have a good time hangin out together before it gets too cold to enjoy the cars and hangin out w/ each other

Okies folks, here's what I came up with:

Meet up at the Outback steakhouse in Glen Burnie for early dinner, (probably @ 4pm) then cruise on out to:

http://www.aacountyfair.org/

for the Haunted barn & Hayride/etc. We should qualify for the group rate, so it should be $9 ea and kids 5 and under are free.

So how's this sound?!?

Just found out the kids will be with Grandma all day, and the wife is spending the day with her sister. I probably won't go to the Haunted Barn, but I'll see what I can do about meeting up with everyone at the Outback.

it's sounds good to me.. i did some homework on the place i suggested ...and you all would kick my a++, hubers farm won't let you park there , you gotta pay to ride a damn shuttle, then pay 18 dollars to do both attractions, plus a two hour wait just to catch the shuttle... so that place is outta the question. oh well i tried... at least there's something else to do
