Anyone got an extra Cat lying around

Well I'm stumped...

After paying far too much to have the carb adjusted and the choke pulloff installed, I seriously doubt this thing is going to pass emissions. They screwed up my lines the first time, took it back and now its supposedly back to how it was before.

Guess I'll have to fix it myself...

My HC's are too high (originally 384ppm vs. 220ppm). I'm wondering if replacing the old 189,000 mile cat would help. Anyone got an old stocker (witrh the AIR connection) lying around? Got to keep this cheap as I've already dumped too much $$ in this and have been getting hit with other car repair bill$.

Just bribe a mechanic to write you a receipt for $500 something worth of labor, on the carb and uhm, a tune up, get the waiver.

Also, Someone told me that he ran his car on almost pure Ethanol, bought at Home Depot, and his failing car passed with flying colors.
