Might be selling the 383 Firechicken $5000
with gas prices going up and me being in Okinawa for at least two years, I am seriously considering selling the car off.
Full specs are as follows
1989 White Firebird Formula 350
engine is 385. Hyper internals, Accel 58mm TB, HSR, xr276hr cam 224/230 @.05, AFR 195cc heads,
Exhaust-Hedman 1 5/8 long tube headers, custom y pipe and 3" Magnaflow catback (no tips).
a spare set of 16x8 IROC wheels with M/t ET Streets are on those. They come with the car. I had maybe 6 passes on them.
Rear end- Stock 10 bolt 323. Still worked fine. I have a set of Motive 373's that will go with the car if you want. Posi is still good.
Suspension- Lakewood LCA, Edelbrock Torque Arm and UMI panhard bar. I have SPHON LCARBS but never got around to welding them on.
Transmission- I bought a Performabuilt Level 2 tranmission with the transgo **** kit and their 9.5" 3400 stall converter. The warranty is still good on it, however I do not think the warranty transfers.
The body is not in the greatest of shapes. The headlight motors have been broken, I have zip ties holding them up. For some odd reason, when I bought the car, it had a v6 hood on it and since it has a HSR under it, there is a dent that was just starting to rust a couple weeks ago. The clearcoat is coming off and the quarter panel works, but there is a dent in it. And finally there are cracks in the wing. T Tops leak and yes I have tried every trick in the book.
This is a solid 12 second car. My best time is in my signature. I will not sell this to a kid who will wrap it around a tree. It does not look like it is fast but I liked the sleeper look a lil too much
Asking $5000
Forgot to add that it is in Richmond, VA. For questions about the car call 804-342-1012. That is my parents home phone number. I will be in the US from the 31st of July to 13th of August.
