Anybody interested in a 3rd gen meet up on Wednesday nights?

Heres the deal.... there is a 4th gen group that meets on Wednesday nights. I got to talking to one of the guys tonight and he said they meet and help each other with their cars, go to the drag stip, have events (trips, etc...). He said that they would like to have more Camaro guys there (any generation)....any one interested? I'm trying to see if tehre is enough interest here to get something organized.......

They meet at the Quaker Steak and Lube (Parham and Skipwith I think). I thought maybe we could get a third gen group together too....... it's been talked about before but to my knowlege has never happened... whatdaya think?

You mean, the one on Broad Street near Parham rd right? On Wed nights when the weather is good, that is bike night. I have attended a few of those, as I am part of a local riders group here in Richmond. Thats the only Quaker Steak that I know of near Parham rd. I know some cars used to meet up at the Shell Gas Station out in Goochland right off of rt 250 (west Broad street) across from "Broad View" shopping center on Sat nights. Either way, we should find a spot to do a Third gen night.

Its going to be a little bit till im ready but as soon as my swap is road worthy im down. Im in Ashland so not far away. As soon as i figure out exhaust ill be ready.

haha i dont know about a date for me anyways. Ive still got a decent amount of work to do before i get on the road. I would be more than happy to meet yall in my geeeezer car (buick) and check yalls ride out haha.

Nobody goes to the shell anymore i think they got kicked out. The same cars are all at the chick fila parking lot at VCC on friday nights. I go there often and there is alot of nice stuff there.

I live in eastern Richmond and yes Wed is bike night. I dont know of anywhere that people meet up at because when we do we get ran off by police. I have an 85 Z28 and looking for somewhere to take it, like a regular spot.

they were... something about loitering lol go figure.. does anyone know the community center there on 522 in goochland? every now and then i see 5-6 third gens in there... do they belong to any of yall?

anyway once i get mine on the road i'd be interested.. i'd like to see some of yalls rides..

I don't think they still meet up as much as before. I think they mostly just meet up at the track now. Could be wrong though. Im almost ready for a meet up. Just need to renew my tags and get an inspection but she is now road worthy. Im right down the road from you.

I'm down to meet up when ever. I'm in the far west end of Henrico County near West Broad St. and Parham Rd. I went to Cars and Coffee of Richmond a couple of weeks ago, that was pretty cool. I was the only third gen there. Lots of really high end cars there, Lambo, Lotus, Porsche, Noble, some classic muscle cars and a few BMW's still very cool to see some nice cars. Would love to see some other third gens some time tho..... so keep me posted as to when and where.

ok, at Brunettis restaurant in Mechanicsville there is a car show every Saturday afternoon. How about meeting there and then we can decide if there is a better place later on? Brunetti's is right at 301 and 295 so it is easy to get to and convienient for all of us. There is usually a DJ and a couple hundred cars in the summer; not sure about this time of year. I am going this Saturday if anyone is interested. Probably around 4pm or so. A friend of mine is bringing his 2010 ZL 575 I think.

Im still down for a meet up. Prob not till after the first of the year though. Still trying to get some final things done on the car but wont be long.
